UPS will perform two more delivery attempts. If you don’t expect someone will be able to receive the package, we recommend redirecting your order to a UPS Access point (local UPS Stores, CVS, etc.) – simply click the tracking number link and request “change delivery” to redirect the package with UPS.
If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Please contact us to set up a new shipment, which will be subject to a $15 reorder fee.
